The JOCOLA Token is not offered or sold to any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such offer, sale, access, or use would be unlawful, require registration or licensing, or otherwise subject the company to additional regulatory obligations. By accessing the website, participating in a token purchase, or using the Token, each user represents and warrants that they are legally permitted to do so under the laws of their jurisdiction and are not acting on behalf of any restricted person or entity.
The company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to block, restrict, cancel, or refuse any transaction or access request, including based on jurisdiction, identity verification, sanctions screening, or regulatory concerns. Users are solely responsible for determining and complying with all applicable laws, rules, and tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under Wyoming law, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Jocola International reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
