The Site provides information about Jocola's beverage brand, the $JOEJACK utility token, and facilitates expressions of interest for seed round token purchases. The domain Jocola.World is owned by John Taylor, Founder & Co-owner of Jocola International.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Arizona, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Jocola International reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
