1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Jocola.World (the "Site") or purchasing $JOEJACK utility tokens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use this Site or purchase tokens.

2. Description of Services

Jocola.World is operated by Jocola International, Inc., an Arizona corporation. The Site provides information about Jocola's beverage brand, the $JOEJACK utility token, and facilitates expressions of interest for seed round token purchases. The domain Jocola.World is owned by John Taylor, Founder & Co-owner of Jocola International.

3. Token Purchase Terms

$JOEJACK utility tokens are sold subject to a separate Utility Token Subscription Agreement. Key terms include:

  • Minimum seed round investment of $10,000 USD.
  • KYC/AML verification required before token delivery.
  • 12.5% of tokens unlocked at TGE; remainder subject to vesting schedule.
  • Tokens are non-refundable once the Subscription Agreement is signed and payment is received.
  • All sales governed by State of Arizona law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the Jocola logo, brand assets, written content, and design, is the property of Jocola International, Inc. or its licensors. The Jocola brand and Joe Jackson estate connection are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Jocola INTERNATIONAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Jocola INTERNATIONAL, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR PURCHASE OF $JOEJACK TOKENS.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Arizona, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

Jocola International reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
